Return Policy

Refunds and Exchanges will be honored within 7 business days from when the shipment is received. Please send exchange inquiries to Info@SpeedQB.com detailing reason for exchange or return within 2 business days of when product is received. Please note that items for exchange must be returned in its original packaging with receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

After the completing the steps below and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at:  Info@SpeedQB.com.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do the following: 

1. Check your bank account and/or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

2. The next step is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping your Returnable Items

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product Availability

Availability displayed on this Site does not guarantee product availability and or immediate shipment of these products. SpeedQB™ reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to discontinue, revise, cease to make available, and or cancel orders on these products.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days. Delivery dates are subject to shipping method and delivery destination. Please direct all shipping inquires to Info@SpeedQB.com

United States Sales Tax

Residents of the state of California are subject to sales tax. All orders made outside of California will be exempt.

International Customs, Duties, VAT, and Taxes

Shipments made outside of may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, VAT and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
