For returns please email: Info@SpeedQB.com Refunds and Exchanges will be honored within 7 business days from when the shipment is received. Please send exchange inquiries to Info@SpeedQB.com detailing reason for exchange or return within 2 business days of when product is received. Please note that items for exchange must be returned in its original packaging with receipt.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After the completing the steps below and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: Info@SpeedQB.com. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do the following: 1. Check your bank account and/or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 2. The next step is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

United States Sales Tax
Residents of the state of California are subject to sales tax. All orders made outside of California will be exempt.
International Customs, Duties, VAT, and Taxes
